2. Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of tech.zdxplr.com and general inquiries for ZDXPLR Tech services. Separate written offers, statements of work, contracts or project terms prevail over these website terms.

3. Services

ZDXPLR Tech provides consulting, automation, AI agent implementation and related digital services. Website information is provided for general information only and does not constitute a binding offer.

4. No online sale or automatic contract

The website does not provide online checkout or automatic service ordering. A binding agreement is concluded only when scope, price, timeline and terms are confirmed in writing by Xplore and the client.

5. Client responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, required access, lawful content and any approvals needed for the project.

6. Third-party platforms

Many technology services depend on third-party platforms such as hosting providers, WordPress plugins, AI providers, automation platforms, messaging tools or APIs. Their availability, pricing, limits and terms may change. Unless agreed otherwise, third-party fees are not included in Xplore's service fees.

7. AI and automation outputs

AI agents and automations may require testing, monitoring and human review. Xplore does not guarantee that AI-generated outputs will always be complete, accurate or suitable for every use case. The client remains responsible for reviewing outputs before using them in legal, financial, medical, public, customer-facing or high-impact decisions.

8. Intellectual property

Website content, designs, texts, logos and materials are owned by Xplore or used with permission. Project deliverables and usage rights are governed by the applicable written offer or contract.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xplore is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, loss of data, business interruption or damages caused by third-party platforms. Mandatory consumer rights and statutory liability rules remain unaffected.

10. Changes to the website

Xplore may update, change or remove website content at any time.

11. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
